Office development on behalf of Halpern Partnership - the scheme was taken from Planning stage through to Tender, Construction and Practical Completion (1999)

Mixed use development in the heart of Mayfair (on behalf of Halpern Partnership) - a high end of the housing market project that involved changing the internal layout from small flats to spacious apartments including a new floor accommodating a penthouse (completion 2002)

Residential housing development on behalf of OPL Architects - architectural input was required as a result of Building Control queries and documents co-ordination to ensure compliance with the latest Building Regulations

Residential rear extension SW12 (completed 2006)

Re-roofing at Saint Edward Orthodox Church (locally listed building) and formation of four new dormer windows, including new insulated Western Red Cedar soffit and new electrical layout (completed 2009)

Partial proposed sections / elevations of a fine Victorian house in a Conservation Area situated minutes away from Richmond Park (2010)

Proposed elevations of a large corner property in the nearby neighbourhood (2011). Although on a difficult corner plot, this scheme received Planning Permission first time around. As built - picture below

Currrently on site (Haslemere), this scheme involves exensive modifications to the fabric of the existing Arts and Crafts building and two carefully designed single storey extensions (side and rear) together with a series of ground works to re-design the steep ground and re-locate the garage ( August 2013).
